What are the delivery charges?
PKR 200 will be charged on order value of less than PKR 5000. We provide free shipping for orders valued above PKR 5000 in Pakistan.
How many times will the courier agent attempt to deliver my order in case I am unavailable to receive it?
Our delivery agents make two attempts to deliver a parcel. Kindly ensure that the address, city and area are mentioned clearly while placing an order. On the second failed attempt, the item will be returned to us.
- Mavrick is not responsible for non-shipment of ordered product due to in availability of stock. Order verification is not considered to be order confirmation.
- It is the customer responsibility to provides us correct address and phone number at the time of booking.
- Mavrick management team retains the right to change return and exchange policy at any time without any notice.
- Mavrick has aims to provide best possible services to processes orders as quickly as possible. Despite our tries some orders takes more time.
Note: our logistics partner required 1 additional working day for delivery. However this time required may varies depending on range of factors .
Exchange Policy:
All products purchased from mavrickstore.com can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase only if: -
- The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
- The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had actually purchased.
You must notify us within 3 days of delivery by writing to store.mavrick@gmail.com or by calling at +92 309 7797896, in case you want to raise a dispute. At Mavrick, we look at each dispute on a case-by-case basis and tries to be fair to both parties.
Replacement will be sent in case a defective/faulty/damaged item is shipped both domestically and internationally. You will be required to email photographic evidence of the defective item at store.mavrick@gmail.com, within 14 days of purchase before any claims can be processed.
There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:
- Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
- The product is damaged because of use.
- The product has been tampered.
Note: No replacement policy is applicable on any kind of graphic or pop art products.
Refund Policy:
Yes we do refund in case you receive a damaged product or the product is not of the same color or same size and we are not able to facilitate you. In the case of refund shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. The minimum period for processing refund is 7-10 working days.
